ORIENTAL DANE (2) scored narrowly over 6½f at Yea last time out with this jockey Shaun Cooper in the irons. Gets some weight relief this time so she is a leading contender again. BLACK ADAM (1) went forward from the low draw last start and sat on the pace before sticking on well to finish third over 7f at Wangaratta. Has the ability to figure prominently. MISS HIMALAYA (4) finished out of the money two starts back then she was always well out of her ground and was beaten 11 lengths when fourth over 7f at Wangaratta seven-and-a-half weeks ago. Beautifully placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. TUNGSTON (3) was out of the money two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at Wangaratta, beaten 11 lengths into 12th. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
