Ready for a bold showing. LA BOQUERIA (7) hasn't been too far away of late, the latest effort a fourth, beaten 2.75 lengths, at Darwin over 5½f. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Expecting a bold showing. BLACK ZOUS (4) hasn't won recently but looks close to a breakthrough based on his last start second at this track over 6f when beaten one length. Yet to miss the top three here in six starts. Should be involved in the finish. FOURTH POWER (5) met with solid support last time out but could only manage to finish fifth over 5½f at this track in a disappointing performance. Finds the right race this time and can get the job done.
