KIEFFER (7) missed the placings when resuming at this track two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m at this track, beaten 3 lengths. Finds a tougher race but he has the talent to test this line-up. TAIPAN TOMMY (5) ran below his best last start when beaten 11 lengths into sixth from a wide draw over this course and distance. A better showing is expected. MIRACOLI (4) won at this track two starts ago but was below his best at a more recent appearance, finishing sixth over 1m at this track. Nicely placed to bounce back.
