MAGIC DEFENSE (2) reunites with Ianish Luximon after scoring with ease over 1m at this track last time. Should camp just off the leaders. Will prove tough to beat. GRINZINGER BISHOP (1) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 1m at this track after being in contention on the bend. Steps up a level but he is worth serious consideration. STARLITE REBEL (6) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 7 lengths when ninth in a 1m1 1/2f contest at Oakbank two weeks ago. Finds a suitable assignment and can get the job done. FIGO THE GREAT (8) was responsible for a better run last start, beaten 3. 5 lengths into fourth over 1m at this track. Suitably placed so can turn things around.
