WHERE'S MY SOCK (10) found the line nicely last start to get up for second over 4f190yards at Swan Hill when coming back from a break. Sure to go well again. WILD RUBY (11) finished eighth when resuming two runs back then improved last start when she did her best work late but found one better over 6f at Echuca, beaten only a head. Won't find this as tough so she is sure to prove hard to beat. RECYCLE KING (6) is a four-start maiden who returned last time and finished sixth at Kyneton over 5½f, beaten 3. 5 lengths. Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat. ALVIN (1) is back after a break of three months. At the last run before the layoff he finished seventh over 7f at Echuca. Opened last prep with a minor placing at Echuca over 6½f. Looks up to the mark following a trial win at Echuca. Can kick off with a bold showing.
