Found only a two-time subsequent winner too strong in a very competitive handicap chase at Cheltenham on his return to action before being undone by a fine front-running rider over the same course and distance. This looks easier and he can defy a slight climb in weights. BAD (4) was fifth behind the main selection at Cheltenham during November. May appreciate going back up in trip following a fair fourth in a 2m3f handicap chase here last time. ETALON (3) proved a ready winner of that course handicap chase four weeks ago and needs to be considered alongside the runner-up SCARFACE (7).
