CANNYKEV (6) showed good speed to stalk the pace before drawing clear to score by 1. 5 lengths over 5f here last time out. Form here at this trip reads two wins from four starts. Has claims on his best efforts. GI GI POPS (10) has not appeared since she finished seventh over 7f at Belmont Park on August 30. Yet to win when resuming but generally runs well with two minor placings from three tries. Looks a strong top-three prospect.
