KINGS VALLEY (5) returned from a lay-off four weeks ago when he was beaten 6 lengths into ninth over 7f at Caulfield. Second up record is sound. Ideally placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. INEXORABLE (10) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Flemington, beaten 6 lengths into fifth. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
