Likely improver with strong prospects. PRINCE LUCIFER (6) was in the firing line on the bend and finished third last start over 1m1f at Clare, beaten 1. 2 lengths. Goes up a rung or two but he is capable of running a bold race. STAGETIME (10) was out of the money when resuming but has progressed nicely since, last start finishing fourth at Bordertown over 7¾f. Steps up a level but she is capable of running another bold race.
