MEDIEVAL WARRIOR (13) is a maiden galloper resuming from a lay-off after finishing eighth over 6f at Mornington at the latest appearance on May 12. Looks to be in good order following a recent trial win. Ready to open his account. POKER (11) is a first-starter by Spirit Of Boom from the stakes winner Karuta Queen who has been a fine producer including winners at black type level. Coming along well at the trials with a minor placing at his most recent at Cranbourne. Sure to be well-educated, being from the Mick Price & Michael Kent Jnr stable. Should be thereabouts despite an awkward draw. HELLFIRE BAY (8) is a three-year-old gelding facing the starter for the first time. From a successful breeding line, being by Hellbent from Ambers Waltz. At his most recent trial was unplaced at Horsham. Beautifully drawn and is certainly worth considering.
