RAPIDS (6) was far too good when resuming last start when he scored by 4 lengths over 5f at Aramac. Fitter for that last hitout and will be a tough nut to crack again. MY SYMBOL (7) broke his maiden last start over 6f at Ballarat Synthetic, scoring by one length. Serious contender again with the confidence high. MR EVANS (8) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Betoota over 5f. Taking on a better field but he is capable of running a bold race. YUKAN ROSE (4) is a five-year-old mare who is having her first run for the Toni Schofield stable. Finished off last campaign with a ninth at Dubbo three months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but has a very good when resuming record. Shapes as a top-three chance.
