Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. CASHEL PALACE (6) finished second at Ascot two runs back but was less effective last time over 1m at Ascot, finishing 4. 5 lengths back in seventh. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. PLATINUM SHOT (5) went fast early over 7f at Pinjarra last time and defied all challengers to score by 1. 1 lengths. Has to overcome a tricky draw. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. ESSENTRIC NATURE (2) has not appeared since he finished ninth over 7f at Ascot on November 22. Has recorded two wins when when resuming from a break. Among the better hopes.
