Can measure up again. SINGULAR (5) finished sixth two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 6¼f at this track, beaten only 0. 6 lengths. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. RUSSIAN SUMMER (8) bounced back last start and got the job done by half a length when he came with a powerful finish as favourite over 6f at Innisfail. Taking on a better line-up this time but he deserves plenty of thought. MELO MELO KAVA (6) didn't do a bad job when fourth last start over 5½f at Mackay. That followed a win at Mackay the start prior. Finds a suitable race and can run a bold race.
