PRESSER (2) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 3 lengths when fifth over 7½f at Caulfield Heath four weeks ago. Ideally placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. NEW YORK HURRICANE (4) ran a strong third over 1m at Cranbourne two runs back then was below his best last time over 1m2f when eighth, beaten 7 lengths. Looks better placed over this shorter trip so can atone. MISTER ME (8) finished fourth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1m1/2f at Warrnambool, beaten 1. 3 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. ACTIVE DUTY (7) resumed over 7f and turned in a fair run to finish fifth at Geelong. Has a solid second up record and better showing expected.
