    SHYAMALAN (1) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 1. 75 lengths away in fourth last time out over 5½f at Wodonga. Won't find this as tough so he is one of the main contenders. OUR LITTLE STAR (3) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 23 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 6f at Goulburn, beaten 0. 6 lengths. Will enjoy a drop in class so she can take this out. COSMIC ATTRACTION (6) was well in the market when resuming last start but failed to threaten when a disappointing seventh at Albury over 5f. With blinkers added expect to see plenty of improvement. SHOWTIME MAGGIE (7) produced a reasonable effort when fourth last start over 6½f at this track. That followed a win at Moruya the start prior. Nicely placed to figure in the finish.
