Has the pace and the right draw to find a good early position. Expected to be in the finish. AERODROME (1) turned in a moderate midfield finish when resuming from a lay-off three weeks ago over 6½f at Randwick. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Will prove tough to beat. ZOUFIELD (8) is a speedy gelding who was a winner when resuming at this track. Has a high cruising speed. One of the main contenders. AZARAX (4) showed good early dash and stalked the pace last start before drawing clear to score by a long neck over 6½f at Hawkesbury. Dylan Gibbons who has three wins when partnering stays on. Deserves respect.
