THUNDERS ROCKNROLL (2) has strung together a couple of wins at this course, the latest on August 13 over 5f when she scored by one length. Must raise the bar but a big run is on the cards. RETIRED KATHY (5) didn't do a bad job when third last start after being in contention on the bend over 1m at this track, beaten 1.75 lengths. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she cannot be underestimated. CARSON BAY (6) was an effortless winner last time over 1m1/4f in Listed grade at this track (Dirt), scoring by 5.5 lengths. One of the contenders again. PEPPER N MINT (1) did a great job to score by 0.3 lengths over this course and distance last time out to continue her outstanding recent form. Steps up a level but she is up to the task.
