POWERHOUSE (7) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished second at Newcastle two starts back then got the job done by 1. 5 lengths as public elect last time out over 1m at Newcastle. Going up a level this time but he is up to the challenge. PLEASURE ARTIST (2) finished seventh last start over 1m1 1/2f at this track after racing on the pace for much of the way. Will be on the speed in transit and is expected to take some running down. SAINT EMILION (4) missed the placings two starts back when resuming then ran a better race and finished 4 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m at Randwick. Has the ability to take this out. KENMARE BAY (5) finished second last start over 1m1 1/2f at this track, beaten a neck. Will be rock-hard fit. Likely improver with top-three claims again.
