PORTER (6) showed early speed from an outside draw last time and led for much of the way before fading to finish fourth, beaten 2. 25 lengths, over 7f at this track. Logan Bates stays on. Leading contender. TWO WOLVES (13) is in top form, most recently recording a win by 1. 75 lengths over 7f at this track to make it two in succession. Goes very well at this journey, boasting three wins from four starts and is sure to play a big role. RED GALAXY (7) filled a minor placing when fresh from a lay-off two starts ago. Could not back that up last time when 5 lengths away in eighth over 6f at Flemington. Fitter and deserves another chance. PRANCING SPIRIT (10) finished third at Flemington two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 7f at this track, finishing 4 lengths back in sixth. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
