DAGUERRE (3) finished sixth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 6½f at this track, beaten 2. 5 lengths. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. HOT WINGS (6) hit the frame when resuming two runs back at this track but couldn't back it up last start when seventh, beaten 8 lengths, over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. APOLAUSTIC (8) gave away a big start at the top of the straight last start and finished 13 lengths from the winner in ninth over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Expected to feature in the finish this time. ROYCES RIDE (1) has switched yards since pulled up eight weeks ago over 7f at this track.
