STRYDA (1) was handy on straightening and went on to finish third last start over 4½f at this track (Dirt), beaten one length as favourite. Likely improver with strong prospects. DISPOSITION (5) opened this prep with a win two runs ago. Not as effective last time out when fifth over 5f at Delta Downs, beaten 6 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. SUMMER SNOW (4) is a seven-year-old import having her first run for the Julie Mathes stable. Finished off last campaign with sixth over 5f at Woodbine All Weather six months ago. Not seen at the trials but she is expected to be in the finish. DOLCE VELOCE (6) went forward and proved too strong last time, scoring with half a length to spare over 4½f at this track (Dirt). Has a solid record here at the distance with six wins and two placings from 11 tries. Don't underestimate.
