Will enjoy the surface. WASHINGTON (2) returns after a 191 day layoff having been well beaten attempting a handicap at Aintree in April. This is easier. Could be a threat. Two runners return after missing last season and both are worth a look in the betting with FATHER OF JAZZ (3) and BUBBLE DUBI (5) holding strong novice hurdle form before their break. The former disappointed on the flat this summer but will be fit.
