THE ITALIAN FOX (6) improved his form over course and distance here last week when scoring impressively by 14L. Could prove very hard to beat under the penalty. GROOM DE COTTE (2) arrives here fresh having only raced once this season when fourth at Huntingdon in November. Needs to have improved but is entitled to do so. MAN MAID (4) ran a little better than the bare figures suggest at Ffos Las three weeks ago and is one to consider. GALASSIAN (1) struggled since winning a maiden hurdle in December 2024. This will be the easiest race he's lined up in for some time and must be given a market check.
