ZENA BOY (2) comes here off a break of four months. Scored over 5f at Mornington to launch the last campaign. Now under the care of new trainer Geoffrey Schrader. Should be hard to stop. BUCKALTIUS (3) did little and finished 7 lengths from the winner in eighth over 5½f at Toowoomba last start, a less impressive effort than his seventh at Ballina the run before. Paul Hamblin gets the best out of this six-year-old gelding. Finds an easier assignment and can get the job done. RUMI STAR (6) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 2 lengths away in fourth last time out over 6f at Warwick after being in the firing line on the turn. Finds a more suitable contest and can turn things around. PERMANENCE (1) finished third last time over 5½f at Horsham, beaten 3 lengths. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is a major player.
