VALERIE STREET (5) closed last campaign with three consecutive minor placings and is back. After a break of four-and-a-half months. Should be poised just off the lead. Expecting a bold showing. AS THE BELL TOLES (3) met with solid support last start over 6f at Laurel (Dirt) when fourth, beaten 8 lengths. Blinkers added in a positive sign from the stable. ITHADTOBEBLU (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she got a long way back over 6f at Laurel, beaten 12 lengths into fifth. Finds a tougher race but a big run will not surprise. VINO BELLA (6) is a four-year-old filly who has filled a minor placing just once in six runs. Never a threat when resuming last start over 6f at Fairgrounds (Dirt), finishing 8 lengths from the winner in fourth. Backmarker who keeps coming. Not to be discounted.
