TOWER BRIDGE (1) got the prize two runs ago at Geelong. Couldn't follow that up last time out when second over 6f at Sandown-Lakeside, beaten 4 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Faces an easier assignment so he is a leading contender. ECO FORCE (5) showed little early speed last start then came with a powerful run to finish third over 5f at Mornington. Hard to hold out. THE ARROW (3) turned in a fair effort at this track over 7f at her last run six months ago, finishing fifth and beaten 2. 25 lengths. Has to be respected. NORDIC STRIKE (2) went forward and proved too strong last time, scoring with 3. 5 lengths to spare over 5½f at Stony Creek. Will find this a little tougher but is too good to overlook.
