I LOVERAIN (6) held on well to finish third last time out over 6½f at this track after leading for much of the way. Rates highly and will be hard to peg back. ITWASONLYAKISS (4) settled well back then came home powerfully to score by a head over 6½f at this track last time out. Will drift back but should be in the finish again. PRINCE RUBAN (1) settled well back last start and never threatened when 8 lengths from the winner in sixth over 6f at this track. Jarrod Todd gets the best out of this eight-year-old gelding. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. HOTIM ENGLISH (3) finished sixth two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 6½f at this track, beaten only a head. Likely improver who looks sure to play a big role.
