HANUMAN (1) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Mack Griffith barn. Most recently finished in the placings at Sale before going for a break. Fitter for placing in a Mornington trial and is in a nice race. Can make a winning return. ZOYSIA (5) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 5½f at this track, beaten 2. 25 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Goes up a rung or two but he is fitter and good enough to feature. SIR HERRIDAH (4) is a maiden galloper who resumes after finishing in the money over 5f at Muswellbrook six months ago. Looks to be in good order after placing in a trial. Should be competitive. TAXONOMY (11) resumes from a lay-off of ten months. Could only manage to finish seventh at the latest run over 6½f at Canberra. Has trialled two times leading into this. Can kick off with a bold showing.
