TULONG (4) was prominent from the outset and fought on for second last start over 1m at Sunshine Coast, making it two minor placings in a row. Should camp just off the leaders. Meets some better types this time but this looks well within his grasp. WILY JACK (8) impressed last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished 4 lengths from the winner in second over 7f at Gold Coast. Steps up a level but he is good enough to take this out. AVERRED (1) turned in a strong performance when resuming when in the money at Sunshine Coast but disappointed last time when eighth, beaten 8 lengths, at Sunshine Coast over 7f. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of testing his rivals. HARD AS BROK (6) could only manage to finish fifth, beaten 4 lengths, at his latest appearance over 6¾f at Doomben. Expected to feature in the finish this time.
