CHIEF WITNESS (9) saluted at this track two runs ago. Decent effort last time out when third over 6¾f at Doomben, beaten 2. 5 lengths after making up late ground. Yet to miss the frame in two starts over this course and distance. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. SER JOH (3) ran below expectations last time at this track, finishing tenth and beaten 4. 5 lengths starting at 7/1. Likely improver with strong prospects. ATMOSPHERE (1) went forward and proved too strong last time out, scoring by 1. 1 lengths over 6¾f at Ipswich. Will again be prominent from the outset. Finds a tougher race but a win is not out of the question. SCUD (2) was allowed to drift back from an outside draw last time but found the line strongly to finish fifth, beaten 2. 5 lengths, over 6½f in the LR Just Now Quality at this track. One of the main contenders.
