SMOKIN' PRINCESS (1) was narrowly beaten last time when second over 1m in the LR Golden Mile at Bendigo. Stepping up in distance now which looks a good move at this stage. Sure to feature again. ALMA RISE (4) has had two runs since a break, the latest a seventh over 1m2f at Ballarat, beaten 3 lengths. Has never been out of the placings at the third run in so she is among the winning hopes. BASILINNA (2) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when 13th, beaten 4.5 lengths, over 1m2f in the G3 Easter Cup at Caulfield. Will enjoy a drop in class so she is perfectly placed to score. JUST GLAMOUROUS (8) lifted strongly to score by a head three runs back at Canterbury before filling a minor placing at her last two starts. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Solid claims on best form.
