Likely improver with strong prospects. SHE'S A BANDIT (1) did little and finished 13 lengths from the winner in sixth over 6½f at Delta Downs last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth at Louisiana Downs the run before. Nicely placed to get the prize. CONGRATS CADET (7) fought on well for second last start over 6½f at Delta Downs (Dirt), making it two minor placings in a row. Well placed and should be in the finish again. OUR LAST HALF (3) finished midfield when resuming from a break last start over 6½f at Delta Downs (Dirt), beaten 14 lengths. Should camp just off the leaders. Sure to be thereabouts.
