SCARLET POPPY (1) is back at the races for the first time since July 20. Scored over 1m at Aqueduct to launch the last campaign. Has found the right race. MO EXPECTATIONS (6) stalked the pace when resuming at this track and trip last start then worked to the line steadily to finish third. Won at her only try when second up. Expected to go well again. PISCIOTTA (10) was prominent into the straight when resuming last start but weakened to finish fourth over 1m1/2f at this track (Turf). Change of rider to Jose Ortiz who has an excellent strike rate when in the saddle, including two wins. Sure to be competitive. CLASSIC PERFORMER (4) was beaten 4. Nicely placed to find some form.
