Excellent record here having never missed the placings in four starts, including two wins and two placings. Likely to feature. ZATARA MAGIC (2) was impressive last time over 1m3f at this track, scoring by 2. 2. 5 lengths. Sound record at this distance with two wins and two minor placings from four runs and is a leading contender. LANCIAFIAMME (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m2f at Fairview, beaten 2. 5 lengths into fourth. This is a nice drop in grade so he can find the winners' list. HOME REEF (7) proved too strong two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when sixth over 1m4 1/2f at Kenilworth, beaten 5 lengths. Well placed and can make amends.
