JANE KENDEIGH (1) is a five-year-old mare who is having her first run for the David C Anderson yard. Resumes after finishing fifth at Los Alamitos Qh (Dirt) at her last run eight months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but looks nicely placed. Can return in winning form. NONA (8) finished last campaign with a couple of minor placings, the latest over 6f at Harrah's Columbus Nebraska seven months ago. Generally goes well here. Should run well. JUST THE THING (5) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Will Rogers Downs (Dirt), finishing second and only 1. 75 lengths from the winner at the end of 5½f after being prominent at the corner. Beautifully placed and is sure to be there at the finish. TOO SPICY (6) hit the frame two starts ago at Delta Downs but ran below par last time when eighth and beaten 19 lengths over 5f at Delta Downs (Dirt). Well placed and should be thereabouts.
