SURE START (7) is back after a break of five months. At the last run before the layoff she finished sixth over 7f at this track. Commenced last prep with a minor placing at Beaudesert over 5½f. Well placed and happy to have her on top. THRILL SEEKER (4) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when she was in contention on the corner before being beaten 8 lengths into fourth over 4f65yards at this track. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. DEMES GIRL (2) returns after three months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a tenth over 5f at Sunshine Coast. Good effort to launch last prep when in the money at Ipswich over 4f. Rates highly on best form and a bright return wouldn't surprise. BETTY BOOM (6) has not raced since her debut on September 20 over 5f at Dalby when she finished sixth, beaten 10 lengths. Will be better for that run and is expected to go well.
