BIG MAV (6) hit the frame two starts ago at Strathalbyn but ran below par last time when seventh and beaten 1. 75 lengths over 7f at Murray Bridge. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. LELIYN (2) broke his maiden last start over 6f at Balaklava, scoring by a head. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Harder here but should be involved in the finish. SUNDOGG (8) looks close to a win, finishing in the placings at his last couple of runs including a second most recently over 5½f at Clare when beaten 0. 9 lengths. Will find this assignment a little tougher but cannot be underestimated.
