LOQUITO (8) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 4f at Kilcoy, beaten 3. 5 lengths into fifth. Finds the right race this time and can turn things around. COSMIC ARC (5) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish fourth, beaten 5 lengths, over 5½f at Ipswich. Well placed and expected to feature. SOOBRING IT (4) ran a much better race at his second outing last start to finish third over 5¼f at Inverell. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he cannot be underestimated. SCION (2) showed good early speed and led into the straight before fading to finish eighth, beaten 14 lengths, over 5¾f at Gold Coast Poly. Measures up nicely on best figures and has the blinkers removed. Worth keeping safe.
