Looks a great chance in this suitable contest. APUNTAR (2) returns from a break of three months. Genuine performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a fourth over 1m1f at Eagle Farm. Nicely placed to kick off another successful campaign. DREAM SMART (8) returned from a lay-off last start with a strong win by 1.1 lengths over 5½f at Doomben. Open to plenty of improvement and is among the better chances. SCRUB CHAIN (4) scored last start at Rockhampton to make it four wins from four starts this campaign. Meets a tougher line-up this time but must be respected.
