Rates strongly and expected to go close. SPANISH FIGHTER (8) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he settled well back over 1m3f at Grafton, beaten 2.75 lengths into fourth. Likely improver with strong prospects. PENDING (7) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a long neck from the winner in third over 1m1f at Sunshine Coast. Best efforts measure up so capable of another big run.
