ARTIE STEAMER (1) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 7½f at Newcastle, beaten one length after being in contention on the turn. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. LEGO MASTER (2) has been in the placings at his last two starts, finishing second last time when he was handy all the way over 7½f at Goulburn. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. DISGRUNTLED (4) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at Dubbo, beaten 2. 25 lengths into fourth. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is right in contention. SAVANNA GOLDEN BOY (7) finished 6 lengths back in eighth over 7f at Scone at the latest appearance just a week ago. Can make amends.
