Looks well placed and he cannot be discounted. EMERALD HILLS (7) got the job done in grand style last start, scoring by half a length over this journey at Newcastle after stalking the lead. One of the main contenders. SERPICO (5) registered his first win when resuming last start over 6¾f at Wyong, getting home by a nose. Tougher task this time but expected to be competitive again.
