COSSACK WARRIOR (3) looks close to a win, finishing in the placings at his last couple of runs including a second most recently over 7f at Sapphire Coast when beaten 2 lengths. Has a win and two minor placings at this journey from four starts and is a key runner. BOOM IN THE DARK (7) got well back over 5f at Sapphire Coast last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 4. 5 lengths away in fourth. Nick Heywood gets the best out of this five-year-old gelding. Meets a stronger field but he is worth another chance. TASSALINA (9) debuted with a win then a fair effort last time out when fourth over 5½f at Cowra, beaten 2. 5 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role.
