I Ortiz Jr scored on her last time and retains the ride. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish. NECESSITY (5) ran a good race last start to finish second over 1m in stakes class at this track (Dirt). May appreciate coming back in journey. Good effort last start and is a definite winning chance. VELVET VORTEX (4) resumes after a break of seven months. Looking to emulate her debut win over 6f at Fairgrounds to kick off last prep. Makes plenty of appeal. SHE'S MY LADY LUCK (1) scored last start at this track (Dirt) to make it two wins from two starts this campaign. Has a strong record at this course, scoring three times from six starts. Worth considering.
