Meets some better types this time but this looks well within his grasp. CAPITAL IDEA (4) settled towards the tail then wound up strongly to finish 5 lengths away in second when resuming last start over 7f at Tampa Bay Downs (Dirt). Takes on tougher opposition this time but he should be very competitive. LIGHTNING TONES (6) is back at the races for the first time since January 24. Scored over 1m1/2f at this track to launch the last campaign. Looks a strong top-three prospect.
