BELLA KHADIJAH (5) was below her best last time, finishing ninth and beaten 13 lengths over 1m at Randwick after being in contention on the turn. Tackling a more suitable race this time so she is a major player. CRYPTONIC (6) did very well to fill a minor placing when resuming at Kembla Grange but raced below expectations last time over 6f at Randwick, finishing eighth and beaten 5.5 lengths. Ideally placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. VICTORY LANE (4) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with just three wins from 32 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fifth over 6½f at Randwick Kensington, beaten 3.5 lengths. Worth noting Brock Ryan goes aboard. Finds the right race this time and can get the job done. DUKE OF CAMDEN (3) proved too strong two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when sixth over 7f at Warwick Farm, beaten 11 lengths. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
