ME ME (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Kembla Grange, beaten 2. 25 lengths into seventh. Beautifully placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. AZURE ANGEL (9) was narrowly beaten last start when third in a small field over 6¼f at Newcastle at the first run of the campaign. Will be fitter for that run, looks likely to feature again. ARANESE (11) was in the firing line on the turn and finished third last time over 6½f at Canberra, beaten 2 lengths. Meets some better types this time but he has the talent to test this line-up. CONVERGENT (1) was prominent at the corner and finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 6½f at this track, beaten 4. 5 lengths. Will benefit from that outing. Likely improver with solid prospects.
