FINAL RESET (1) made late ground and finished 1. 1 lengths from the winner in fourth last start over 1m2 1/2f at Gosford, an improvement on his seventh at Wyong the run before. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. KONING (9) was safely held when eighth last time out over 1m1f at Bathurst, beaten 7 lengths. That followed a win at Canberra at the previous outing. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within his grasp. GATCHAN (4) finished third two runs back at Wyong then improved last time out to score by half a length over 1m2f at Canberra. Meets some better types this time but another big run will not surprise. OLD GREGG (3) closed off strongly last start to get up for second, beaten 1. 4 lengths, over 1m3f at Warwick Farm. Will drift back but wind up late. Solid claims on best form.
