    STARSARISE (6) is a progressive five-year-old mare who resumes from a break of five months, her last appearance being a win over 5½f at Gold Coast Poly at her only run of that campaign. Fitter for a recent trial at Muswellbrook. Has never been out of the placings when resuming from three tries. Will appreciate the drop in grade. Leading contender. AYE EYE BOOM (3) doesn't win out of turn but ran a nice race last time out over 4f at Warwick, finishing fourth and beaten 2 lengths when she worked home well. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. RED TOFFEE (2) showed good early speed from the inside draw last time and led throughout to score by one length over 5½f at Toowoomba. In the mix. MHASAHN (10) was last at the races when he saluted over 4f at Warwick on June 21. Definite top-three chance.
