Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. MAHAM (6) doesn't win very often but ran a strong race last time out over 1m at Tocumwal, finishing third and beaten 0. 7 lengths. Meets some better types this time but he has the ability to test this field. GARFIELD (2) finished fifth two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1m at Warracknabeal, beaten only 1. 1 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. KNOCK OF BEERS (5) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 2. 25 lengths over 7f at Werribee. Can figure in the finish.
